Neev Foundation for Legal Aid is looking for Interns who can assist the team in litigation work as well in executing our community engagement strategy.
Qualifiations - LLb student / SW student
NGOs and other institutions in Delhi / NCR who are -
- working with / for women and/or children
- need internal legal capacity building
The panel of mediators is appointed for any mediation requests that come to us. The mediator and the parties can then mutually decide future dates.
All mediations will be conducted physically at our community office in Chilla Gaon, Mayur Vihar.
Neev Foundation for Legal Aid is urgently hiring Advocates for district court work across Delhi. The role involves handling matrimonial and family law matters, including domestic violence, maintenance, custody, and divorce cases, along with select criminal matters such as 498A trials. We prefer women candidates, as our work primarily supports women and children. Applicants with 2–3 years of litigation experience are ideal. Freshers may apply and will first undergo a 2-month traineeship, with the possibility of a PPO based on performance. Remuneration is as per industry standards, starting at minimum wage levels.
