Achievements

In August 2022, two weeks after Neev completed 2 years, we secured a year-long funding from one of the biggest philanthropies in India - Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives. Neev in one of the five young organisations to have gotten this funding. With the help of APPI, we have been able to deepen our impact, hire a team and expand our reach.

Since Septmber 2022, Neev has assited xx members of the immediate community in the Old Mustafad area of North-East Delhi to update and get new Aadhaar cards made. All of these camps have been organised in collaboration with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA).

In December, we launched our first physical Mediation and Legal Aid Centre in the Old Mustafabad area of North East Delhi.

 We started the year with a blanket distribution drive in North-East area of Delhi and joined hands with Bring a Smile Foundation to spread warmth to 100+ families, many of which are being represented by us in court for their compensation cases.

From December 2022, Neev has been able to start engaging with the blue-collar workers of schools and colleges in Delhi NCR on the topics of Domestic Violence and Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace.

The first ever Mumkin Feminist Creator and Changemaker Fellowship was awarded to our Founder, Mishika Singh, for Neev - Foundation for Legal Aid. 

During the COVID II wave in April-May, with the generous contribution from over 60 donors, we were able to provide ration kits to 500+ individuals.
